Very busy in May 2019

We have had such a successful winter’s restoration that we were running out of materials.  We started the May work party early to take several deliveries, then lined the next section of canal right up to the mooring wall next to Bridge 4.  We successfully used cheaper wheeled instead of tracked dumpers, though one of them was the biggest ever, with a capacity of 10 tonnes.  And we landscaped the offside just beyond Whitehouses, which once topsoil has been added, will match the adjacent farmland.  On top of this, there was a Cruise into the Arm, and we attended the Aldbury Spring Fayre.  Pictures of all of these can be seen below, thanks to Steve Bonser, Tony Bardwell and Chris Sargeant.
