Obviously the largest part of the trusts purpose is the restoration of the canal itself. This work is undertaken by a team
of volunteers under the watchful eye of the Restoration Director, Roger Leishman.
The work has been taking place over the past few years and a whole website has been created covering the work being done, both with narrative and numerous pictures. You can access this website here – restoration website.
